NUWE ADJUNKHOOF BY LAERSKOOL ALIWAL-NOORD / NEW DEPUTY PRINCIPAL AT ALIWAL NORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL
Ons kondig met trots aan dat Mnr. Ignus van Rensburg aangestel is as die nuwe adjunkhoof by Laerskool Aliwal-Noord.
Mr van Rensburg started in 2011 at our school as a young student and since then completed his B.Ed degree. He has proved himself to be very passionate and dedicated to his profession.
Mnr. Van Rensburg is sedert 2020 die Superintendent van die Laerskool Koshuis.
His vision for Aliwal North Primary school is to build a progressive, positive and thriving school that will stand out as a beacon of light to our community and town.

Dinsdag, 2 Augustus het Holy Cross, Alheit van der Merwe en Nkosi ons besoek met hul netbalspanne. Dit was ‘n heerlike dag en selfs ons C- en D-spanne het ook die geleentheid gekry om te speel.
Baie dankie aan die bogenoemde skole wat ons besoek het.

RUGBY VS ALHEIT VAN DER MERWE EN NKOSI SIKELELE PRIVATE SCHOOL
What a great privilege to host two of our neighbouring schools, in Aliwal North, on the rugby fields of ANPS.
All games were played in good spirit, with one common goal, playing and enjoying the game of rugby.
Results were as follow:
ANPS u/9B vs Alheit u/9: 0 – 12
ANPS u/11B vs Alheit u/11: 10 – 0
ANPS u/13 Hoewe vs Alheit: 5 – 28
ANPS u/13B vs Nkosi: 24 – 12
SEUNSHOKKIE TEEN NKOSI
Dinsdag, 2 Augustus, het ons o/10, o/11 en o/12 spanne gemaak om ‘n vriendskaplike wedstryd teen Nkosi te speel. Dit was ‘n baie lekker geleentheid vir beide ons skole en almal het dit geniet. Al drie ons spanne het verskriklik mooi gespeel en afgestap met ‘n oorwinning.
On Tuesday, 2nd of August, our u/10, u/11 and u/12 teams played a friendly game against Nkosi. It was a very positive opportunity for both our schools and enjoyed by everyone. All three our teams played incredibly well and walked away as winners.
