A school cannot function properly without the necessary facilities.  ANPS has 21 classrooms, all equipped with data projectors and laptops, to enable education of a high standard.  The school also has an art class and media centre for further enrichment of our learners. 

In the administrative section offices are available for the principal, secretaries and a possible deputy principal.  Stationery and text books are supplied by the stationery room.  An office is also available for the HOD where a copier as well as computers are available.  Other teachers also use this facility. Several directives from the Department are also stored in files in this facility.

The Foundation Phase has its own toilets while grade 4-7 classes also have their own toilets.

The school is also equipped with an alarm and CCTV system.  Copies are made in the copier room.

Sport and social functions are held on the wooden deck. There is also an aftercare centre where learners can do their homework until 17:00, when their parents fetch them.  Lunch is also provided.  During breaks snacks can be bought from the tuck shop.

Sport facilities consist of 7 netball courts, 2 rugby fields, 2 hockey fields and cricket nets.  Practice facilities are also available for athletics, as well as 4 tennis courts.

From the school’s kitchen not only tea and coffee are served to the staff, but also meals for the school’s feeding scheme.  The vehicles and equipment are housed in 3 garages.  Alie-klere is the place where school uniform and sportwear are sold.  The school has a fully equipped computer centre as well as a sick room.  Assemblies, parent meetings and other meetings are held in the school hall.
