Progression requirements, as set by the Department of
Basic Education, are strictly adhered to.
All formal assessments, as indicated by the Department, are performed
and marks are indicated on the national data system, better known as SA-SAMS.
This system converts the marks automatically according
to the weighting of the different subsections of a subject.
Reports are created through the SA-SAMS database. Traditionally, reports are handed out on the last day of a term. Learners receive hard copies of their reports, but when parents request, we send them digitally. If learners cannot receive their reports at the end of a term, they take them the first day of the following term. Reports are only e-mailed at the end of the year, if the learner could not fetch it on the last day of term 4.
