TROMPSBURG RUGBYDAG<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wat ‘n wonderlike gevoel om weer die opgewondeheid van ‘n spansport te beleef.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Vrydag, 9 April, het verskeie van Laerskool Aliwal-Noord se rugbyspanne deelgeneem aan die jaarlikse Trompsburg Rugbydag. Verskeie spanne van regoor die Suid-Vrystaat skop hul seisoen hier af met ‘n reeks wedstryde op di\u00e9 dag.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The teams of ANPS achieved mixed results on the day, but all in all it can be seen as good preparation for the coming season.<\/p>\n

JOE GQABI NETBALL TRIALS<\/strong><\/p>\n

On Friday, 8 April 2022, Aliwal North Primary School was the hosts for the Joe Gqabi Netball trials.
The Joe Gqabi trails started at 12:00 and 10 of our learners played their hearts out to gain a spot in the Joe Gqabi team. \u00a0We would like to congratulate the following learners who will be participating in the Eastern Cape trials on 7 May 2022 in East London. \u00a0We wish you all the best of luck and we are happy to call you all proud Alies.<\/p>\n

SKOLIERPATROLLIE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Noudat Covid-19 maatre\u00ebls heelwat verslap is, kan Laerskool Aliwal-Noord weer met skolierpatrollie begin. \u00a0Dit is belangrik vir die veiligheid van ons leerlinge en ouers, voor- en naskool. \u00a0Groepe sal op drie punte diens doen: Bensonstraat (2 punte) en Cathcartstraat.
By elke punt sal \u2018n onderwyser aan diens wees. \u00a0Ouers moet asb. hulle samewerking vir die leerlinge aan diens gee en moet geduldig wees.<\/p>\n

We request all parents to give their support to the learners on duty. \u00a0Please be patient and adhere to the rules.<\/p>\n

NUWE FAKTOTUM BY LAERSKOOL ALIWAL-NOORD:<\/p>\n

Mnr. Leon Bester is aangestel as ons nuwe faktotum by Laerskool Aliwal-Noord vanaf April 2022.<\/p>\n

Mnr. Bester het 23 jaar plaasbestuurder ondervinding en ons vertrou dat hy ons skoolterrein en geboue in \u2018n baie goeie toestand sal hou. \u00a0Hy is gewillig en bekwaam om alles te doen wat gedoen moet word. \u00a0Niks staan vir sy hande verkeerd nie. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Ons hoop dat hy vreugde sal ervaar terwyl hy hierdie skool en gemeenskap bedien.<\/p>\n

ELVIS MANGALISO
<\/strong>24\/09\/1968 ~ 11\/04\/2022<\/em><\/p>\n

It was with great sadness when the school was notified of the sudden passing of Elvis Mangaliso in the early hours of Monday, 11th of April 2022.<\/p>\n

Elvis was a general worker at Aliwal North Primary School since March 2007.<\/p>\n

We will remember Elvis as a friendly and polite person who was always willing to help and walk the extra mile for his colleagues and fellow men.<\/p>\n
