ALIE-LAND TENNIS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Laerskool Aliwal-Noord het Dinsdag die 25ste Februarie 2025 teen Laerskool Burgersdorp tennis gespeel.<\/p>\n

Die top 14 dogters en seuns het deelgeneem.<\/p>\n

Die wedstryde is ongelukkig uitgestel weens swaar re\u00ebn. Ten spyte van die aanvanklike hoop op helder lug, het die weerstoestande onvoorspelbaar geword, met nat bane wat dit onmoontlik gemaak het om voort te gaan. Organiseerders het nog nie \u2018n datum geherskeduleer nie.<\/p>\n

W\u00eareldbiddag vir Vroue, 7 Maart 2025\/
Women\u2019s World Day of Prayer, 7 March 2025<\/p>\n

Die jaar is die 95ste jaar wat Suid-Afrika aan hierdie w\u00eareldwye gebedsdag deelneem wanneer vroue uit verskillende lande vir mekaar bid. \u00a0\u201c\u2018U het my volmaak geskape\u201d, was die tema vir die W\u00eareldbiddag vir vroue 2025.
Die vrouens van die Cook-eilande het die jaar se tema gekies. As tema het hulle Psalm 139:4 gekies, \u2018U het my volmaak geskape\u2019. As theme they those Psalm 139:4,\u00a0
“I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
We greeted each other with the words \u201cKia Orana\u201d. \u00a0This is how the islanders of the Cook Islands greet each other. It means: “May you live long and may you live well.
May you shine like the sun. May you dance with the waves.”<\/p>\n

It was a morning to remind each girl and women of how wonderfully they are made by the image of God. We celebrated being a woman and praised and worshipped to our God who made us according to his image.
We prayed for all the special woman in our life\u2019s and all around the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mag jy altyd besef hoe perfek jy in God se o\u00eb is en mag dit \u2018n jaar wees waar ons mekaar help om dit raak te sien.\u00a0<\/p>\n

We at Aliwal North Primary School wish every woman a happy Women\u2019s World Day of Prayer.
Ons by Laerskool Aliwal-Noord wens elke vrou ‘n gelukkige W\u00eareldbiddag vir vroue toe.<\/p>\n

ONS-GEE-OM LANDSDIENSKLUB \/ WE CARE LAND SERVICE CLUB<\/strong><\/p>\n

The grade 3 Land Service members focused on \u201cLove for nature\u201d. We learned more about how to plant a seed and the growing process of a plant.\u00a0 Die leerders het geleer wat plante nodig het om te groei en hoe ons dit moet versorg.
Daarna het ons uit toiletrolletjies bakkies voorberei om tydens ons volgende Landsdiens middag ons eie saadjies te plant.
Ons Graad 4 & 5 Landsdienslede het ook op \u201cLiefde vir die natuur\u201d gefokus. Elkeen het \u2018n bolletjie klei gekry wat hulle moes platdruk. Daarna kon hulle op die skoolterrein enige blaartjies of bessies gaan optel om af te druk op die klei. Wanneer die afdruk droog is sal die leerders dit huis toe kan neem en iewers ophang.
We also became more aware of nature and our surroundings by filling in a page about nature and what we saw and heard around us.
Ons graad 6 en 7 Landsdienslede het hulle liefde vir ons Skepper uitgeleef. We decorated hearts with cotton, and made it colourful with dye. Ons het die mooiste boodskap op die hartjies gehad: “I made you wonderful”.
Ons Landsdienslede het hul liefde uitgeleef vir Godsdiens deur saam te sing terwyl hulle die kaartjies versier het.<\/p>\n

ALIES NEEM DEEL AAN OOS-KAAP ATLETIEK \/ ALIES PARTICIPATE AT EASTERN CAPE ATHLETICS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die Oos-Kaap Atletiek kampioenskappe vir laerskole het vanaf 6-8 Maart 2025 in Queenstown plaasgevind. \u00a0Vyf van Laerskool Aliwal-Noord se atlete het deelgeneem.<\/p>\n

Elrico Jasson and Karla Nel earned Bronze Medals for Boys under 13, 80m Hurdles and Girls under 12, Discus Throw respectfully. \u00a0Michael Paul het \u2018n silwer medalje vir seuns onder 12 in die 75m Hekkies behaal.<\/p>\n

Geluk aan Natasha Weitsz met haar uitsonderlike prestasie in die meisies onder 13, 1500m stap. \u00a0Natasha stel \u2018n nuwe rekord van 8.18.97 minute op en verower \u2018n goue medalje by die kampioenskappe.
Natasha kwalifiseer dan ook vir die Nasionale Atletiek kampioenskappe wat vanaf \u00a0 20 – 22 Maart 2025 in Germiston gaan plaasvind.<\/p>\n
