ATLETIEK:\u00a0 DORPSBYEENKOMS<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Townal Athletics Meeting was hosted by ANPS and took place on Friday, 2 February 2024.<\/p>\n

A few records were broken on the day.\u00a0 Baie geluk aan Lian\u00e9 Kruger wat die gewigstootrekord vir dogters o\/13 verbeter het met \u2018n goeie afstand van 9.84 meter.<\/p>\n

Die Alie-atlete vaar besonder goed met verskeie eerste, tweede en derde plekke wat behaal is.\u00a0 60 of our athletes were chosen to represent the town on the CMC 2 meeting which will be held on Friday, 9 February 2024, at ANPS sports grounds.<\/p>\n

Baie geluk en sterkte aan al hierdie atlete.\u00a0 Ons hou vir julle duime vas.\u00a0 Hou LSAN se naam hoog.<\/p>\n

LANDSDIENS LEKKERTE \/ LAND SERVICE FUN!<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

What a fun way to start a new year of Land Service! On Monday, 29 January 2024, the We Care Land Service Club met and learned about Land Service and all the fun that awaits them this year.<\/p>\n

Ons het ook boeresport speletjies op die gras gespeel. Daar was verskeie speletjies soos sakresies, kruiwastoot, pret met ballonne en nog ander aktiwiteite. LSAN se leerders het al hierdie aktiwiteite geniet!<\/p>\n

We hope to see all of these friendly faces again at our next Land Service afternoon!<\/p>\n

LSAN TENNIS vs HANGKLIP PRIMARY SCHOOL IN QUEENSTOWN<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Op Maandag 5 Februarie het die 1ste Alies-tennisspan teen Hangklip in Queenstown gaan speel. Alhoewel dit ‘n baie warm dag was, het ons dit verskriklik geniet. Dit is ‘n baie jong en onervare span, maar het steeds as wenners van die baan gestap. Baie dankie aan Hangklip se gasvryheid en goeie sportsmanskap wat ons altyd by tennis ervaar.<\/p>\n

On Monday, February 5th, the 1st team Alies tennis played against Hangklip in Queenstown. Although it was a very hot day, we really enjoyed it. We went with a very young and inexperienced team, but still we walked away as the winners of the day. Thank you to Hangklip’s hospitality and good sportsmanship that we always experience at tennis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
